An international environment

The world is in many ways a very small place, where borders are disappearing and national differences are overcome by the urge and necessity to live and work together.

It has been called a global village and it is essential to have international competences to be prepared to meet the new challenges of the 21st century.

As an educational institution, we have a huge responsibility for our students and staff and their readiness for this global village, and we do our outmost to meet them.

Essential to acquiring these international competences much appreciated by future employers is an international environment.

We encourage all of our Danish students to spend half a year or a full year of their studies abroad and get priceless international experiences. We do our outmost to attract international students, like you, to come and study at VIA University College.

As an international student at VIA University College, you will be taught in English in classes with both Danes and other international students.

Today we can offer courses in English in most programmes, and the ambition of VIA University College is that all programmes will have courses in English.
